This purchase is the most sound investment for our future. Consolidating county offices in one spot with accessability to all with our Regional Transit Authority hub will provide tremendous oportunnity for all. If our county is to have a better future, this is the best first step.

Are there any other bidders? If not offer a lot less. Or ask for cheaper rent. I think he would have a hard time getting renters or buyers at this time.
