If this wasn’t so sad it would be funny. A company that so miss-managed their operations that they couldn’t have done a better job of destroying the company than if they did it intentionally. They adversely affected the lives of 4500 current and retired employees and now to claim someone else mismanaged health care is a joke. It is amazing RG’s lawyers can address the court with a straight face. Guess they play by their own rules.
