I would close the Lovers Lane entrance to the Mall and funnel traffic to John Scott Highway. Resurface John Scott from Sunset to Sinclair. Then I would use the remainder of the money to repair and resurface Mall drive and the perimeter roads.I think Lover's Lane is a residential street and should remain a residential street and every effort should be made to decrease traffic there, giving the residents a break from the insanity on that road and possibly increase property values.

Lover's Lane was supposed to have been widened as a condition of the Mall being built where it is. It's almost 40 years later before they are finally getting around to it. Watch accidents increase there now as people will drive 50+ miles an hour with a wider road.

Love to see the road either closed or purchse homes on both sides and widen to a four lane.
