The whole situation is personal. There is someone out there who will make this case untriable. Perhaps this belongs in a federal district court because the victim is from West Virginia, not Ohio. Perhaps with these threats against law enforcement personnel, this case should be granted a change of venue--either somewhere in the Fourth Circuit (West Virginia) or the Sixth Circuit (Ohio). Send it up to the ND OH in Cleveland--at least Cuyahoga County's archives have the marriage license for one of Steubenville's famous persons, not those of infamy.

It is not anonymous doing the threats. yes these peole are hackersblow up a pc? sure.. bomb a school? not in their character . Look to other young kids trying to make a mark on someone elses backs

Death threats to law enforcement are not the answer. Everyone involved needs to be punished but threatening the sheriff is just going to give them more reason to discredit the truth. I have no sympathy for this pig but this isnt the way this should be handled.
