South End efforts are recognized
To the editor: As your 1st Ward councilman, I wish to thank the following residents of Lincoln Heights for their tireless work during the past six months regarding removing litter from our area of the city. Your efforts have not gone unnoticed by the citizens of Steubenville. You have sent a message to individuals who are responsible for littering in our area that we desire to live in a clean and wholesome environment. Members of the Elmer Cicone-John Scott Brigade include: the Albaugh family, Kim Barrett, Jayme Browning, Kayla Crites, Pete DeFrank, Terri English, Jim Hubbard, Perry Jeter, Jeannie Lulla, Bill McCafferty, Paula Srioncia, Ed Watts, Liz and Ed West and Erin and Ed Wilson.
