Comedy Shows, Metal Concerts, Pirate Fest

January 28, 2011 - Eddie Kokosinski
Ron White was at the Capital Theater last night (which looks awesome since the renovation by the way) and was hilarious. He doesn't do your typical Blue Collar Comedy jokes like you would expect him to. He tells dirty, filthy jokes. And they are awesome. If I could put some down, I would, but I like money so I won't.

Next up on the comedy show circuit for me is SNL alum Norm MacDonald at the Waterfront Improv February 19th. Again, I'll be expecting some vulgar comedy, and I'll expect I will enjoy it.

GWAR is in town the same night as Norm sadly, so I won't be seeing them this year (again) unless they come back in October. But I will be seeing Cradle of Filth at Club Zoo (also in February) and I'm posting a picture, and I'm expecting maybe only 1 of 10 people (if anyone reads this to begin with & I wish I knew a way to tell) will know who they are.

PirateFest is this weekend. Am I excited for the new season? Yeah, I'm getting there. Do I think we can muster up a good record? Define good and I'll get back to you. Really tho, I'm expecting a 75 win campaign this year. If we can't get that, then I hope you didn't buy those jerseys just yet.

What's the difference between jelly and jam? I can't tell you anymore, because Ron White has ruined (made better in my case) it for the clean jokesters. If you'd like to know, send me a tweet @Ed_Kokosinski
