Curb Your Enthusiasm with Seinfeld

October 1, 2009 - Brandi Bowers
Well I'm still having True Blood withdrawals, but I have to say, HBO is really making up for it by still having great shows on Sunday night. Lately, I've been watching Curb Your Enthusiasm and Entourage. I've watched both of these for some time, either when they air or on demand.

I'll admit they both wore on me a little last season. They just didn't seem as funny or original as they once were. Curb Your Enthusiasm seems to be making a comeback now, though. This Sunday will be the third episode into the new season and we will see the return of all four Seinfeld main characters (Jerry Seinfeld, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Jason Alexander & Michael Richards).

If you're not already familiar with Curb Your Enthusiasm, it stars Larry David, who along with creating this show, also created Seinfeld, one of the newer sitcom classics of television. Larry is absolutely hilarious. Those situations that we all find ourselves in or thinking about, but don't talk about, yeah, those are the ones he's good for in the show.

And this season he's actually been able to reunite the cast members from Seinfeld, who said they had no interest in doing a reunion show. Of course, this won't be a typical reunion show because it's on another television show and will be a mix of reality and fiction.

I'm excited to see how all of these characters will react to each other. It promises to be a funny season. I'm just hoping that they work Larry being reunited with his wife Cheryl (Cheryl Hines) back into the storyline also, since they play so well off of each other.
