Jets are not the enemy
November 21, 2008 - Paul Giannamore
Unless they're flying around in nuclear-bomb equipped MiGs, corporate executives aren't committing any threat to humanity by flying corporate jets.
Please remember that in some cases, people actually make a living flying those jets, building those jets, maintaining those jets.
Don't get all class-warfare centered. People who don't make millions are still at work on business aviation. That includes The Home Office in Wichita, who earns way more than I do, but guess what? He actually could hurt somebody if he screws up. All I can do is misspell your name or get you a little irked.
Focus on the problem. Detroit stinks most of the time. That's not Cessna's or Raytheon's or Beechcraft's or Boeing's or Dassault's or Gulfstream's or Lear's fault.
Last time I checked, that's Ford, GM and Chrysler's fault, eh?
Take it easy, socialist propaganda/class warfare types..
